摘要
A high-gain retrodirective beamformer based on a $\boldsymbol{9\times 15}$ waveguide Rotman lens is proposed for far-field wireless power transfer at Ka-band. The proposed system includes the Rotman lens and an array of E-plane sectoral horns, which are designed to allow beam-steering over a range of $\boldsymbol{\pm 20^{0}}$ at $\boldsymbol{5^{0}}$ steps. The proposed design is tested via simulation, demonstrating an impedance bandwidth of 32-38GHz and beam-scanning capability over the desired scan range and the gain of up to 26.9 dBi.
