Pos-773 calcineurin inhibitors dosage and resultant blood trough levels on day three and seven in kidney transplant recipents in kenya: a single centre observation
Kidney International Reports(2022)
摘要
Calcinerurin inhibitors (CNI) are immunosuppressive drugs which target intracellular signaling pathways by binding to distinct molecules. In kidney transplant recipients, the immunosuppressive medications typically include a calcineurin inhibitor, a glucocorticoid and antimetabolite. The commonest CNI molecules used are tacrolimus and cyclosporine. Tacrolimus is a macrolide antibiotic which inhibits T cell activation by inhibiting calcineurin. The recommended initial dose is 0.2mg/kg/day in two divided doses for adult kidney transplant recipients.
