摘要
Background: Neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced and potentially resectable melanoma is expected to increase surgery feasibility and improve patients outcomes. It is an unmet clinical need to improve the outcomes of the patients in stage IIIC/D or resectable IV. In phase 2 clinical trials neoadjuvant treatment of melanoma yield promising results. The aim of our study was to verify the feasibility and efficacy of neoadjuvant therapies of melanoma in routine clinical practice.
