Composite Power System Reliability Evaluation Considering Space-time Characteristics of Wind Farm

摘要
This paper proposes a new methodology to access the reliability of composite generation and transmission system considering the space-time characteristics of wind farm. Based on sequential Monte Carlo (SMC), the proposed method uses a wind power sequential two-state model to represent the wind farm reliability model. And the sequential property of wind speed, the wake effect and the influence of tower height are taken into account. The IEEE-RTS79 is used to test the method and the results show that with the proper wind power integrated, the reliability of composite system increases.
