Forms, Key Supporting Technologies and Business Models of the Integrated Energy Service Station

The integrated energy service station (IESS) is a new concept for the fusion of power supply and value services. A systematic discussion about the IESS is made in this paper. Firstly, the definition of the IESS is proposed. The feasible components of the system are discussed. The typical forms of the IESS are studied. Secondly, the key supporting technologies of the IESS are pointed out and comprehensively discussed, which contains the siting, sizing, integration, and operation technologies. Thirdly, the feasible business models of the IESS are introduced and analyzed. Finally, a research prospect is made and the future developments of the IESS are described.
