Access Point And Capacity Optimization Planning Method Of Virtual Power Plant

With the continuous increase of peak to valley difference, the power supply pressure of substation during peak load increases. Virtual power plants can participate in power grid peak shaving by aggregating adjustable resources to alleviate the power supply pressure of substations during peak hours. Thus, the expansion and transformation time can be delayed and the power grid investment can be saved. When building a virtual power plant, the geographical location of resources should be considered. Based on this, this paper proposes a virtual power plant's access point and capacity optimization planning method, and analyzes the impact of the virtual power plant's different construction scales on its planning. The case study shows that by optimizing the planning of the access point and capacity of the virtual power plant, the capacity-load ratio of the substation can be improved, and its expansion and transformation time can be delayed.
