Abstract
Many thanks for the sterling efforts of our assistant and associate editors with whom we have worked with over the years;the sage advice from editorial board members and of course the many reviewers who have worked with us. [...]our review completion times are broadly consistent with pre-pandemic turnaround times, a real achievement as well as testimony to the commitment of our associate editors and of course, our reviewers. A number of our special issues, including “Work from anywhere: implications for employees and organizations”;Understanding work experience and experiential workers: the interplay between experience-(ing) of work and people management and “The changing role of HRM during crisis: from response to recovery” are a strong indication of the journal's commitment to exploring current challenges and those that lie ahead.
