Research on battery management system based on flyback DC-AC converter

In this paper, a battery management system is designed based on flyback isolated DC/AC balance circuit. The bidirectional DC/AC active balance topology based on zero voltage switch resonance is studied, and the circuit miniaturization of the management system is realized by capacitive isolation drive. The prototype experiment shows that the balance current of the system scheme based on flyback DC/AC converter can reach 1A, and the balance management does not depend on the unit voltage sampling, which can automatically realize the two-way balance between multiple units in the battery pack.
