Abstract
With the large-scale integration of new energy sources such as wind and solar, conventional power sources have been gradually replaced, and the dynamic reactive power support capability has been greatly reduced due to the reduction of synchronous machine power sources. At the same time, the voltage stability problem of the power grid will be prominent, and there is a risk of system voltage instability after transient faults. In extreme cases, it may cause new energy to disconnect from the grid and bring a chain reaction, and the voltage stability problem has become one of the main factors restricting the capacity of new energy consumption. In the process of studying the change of grid voltage characteristics in the process of replacing traditional power sources with high proportion of new energy sources, the transient voltage sag relationship is described based on the binary table corresponding to time and voltage, and the transient voltage margin measurement index is represented by the voltage drop area. The above further refines and characterizes the voltage support capability of the generator. In the study of the gradual replacement of conventional units by large-scale new energy, a new energy acceptance capacity evaluation method considering transient voltage constraints is proposed to evaluate the maximum connected new energy capacity of the grid, and it is verified in the actual grid.
