摘要

•A unique rapid Sars-CoV2 antigen test was developed with two pairs of high-affinity monoclonal antibodies.•Demonstrated high sensitivity for samples with cycle threshold values under 30.•Positive Percent Agreement is over 85.7% and Negative Percent Agreement is over 99.7%.•Able to detect omicron variant in clinical setting.
