Research on Intelligent Evaluation Model of Service Quality of Plateau Train Station Using Big Data Calculation and SEM Model

With the development of plateau cities, high plateau trains are taking on more and more passenger transportation tasks. In order to improve the service quality of plateau train stations, combining the characteristics of passenger transportation at plateau train stations, the passenger service quality model for plateau train stations is constructed based on the structural equation model, and from the four aspects of hardware perfection, software perfection, service level and operational organization efficiency. The validity of the model is verified by taking Lhasa Station as an example. In addition, hardware perfection, software perfection, service level and operational organization efficiency all have a positive impact on plateau train stations, and suggestions are made for improving the passenger service level of plateau train stations.
