Saturation Avoidance Control Law for Spacecraft Euipped with Redundant RWs

Abstract
For spacecraft equipped with Reaction Wheel (RW), a saturation avoidance control law based on improved artificial potential function is designed to solve the problem of angular momentum saturation and disturbance torque uncertainty. The state of RW and the attitude information of spacecraft will be fed back to the controller by potential function. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation. The proposed control algorithm can not only effectively avoid the angular momentum saturation problem, but also improves the robustness of the attitude control system.
