A study on different memristor model for neuromorphic applications

Memristor provides hope of becoming an alternative for next-generation memory with several features such as logic implementation, signal processing, neuromorphic systems, and nonvolatility and low power compared to CMOS-based memories. Many memristor models that have been developed. This paper is going to discuss the mathematical model of those models and show the output results of different models and their hysteresis loops.
