Abstract
Main text(Cell Reports 41, 111485; October 11, 2022)As a result of a typesetting error in the originally published version of this article, Tables 1 and 2 lacked the formatting that was intended to point out the variant amino acids in the presented MC38 cells and RKO cells, respectively. This resulted in a lack of clarity as to which amino acid was the variant in each of the presented sequences. The formatting has since been restored to the tables, and the variants have been made clear. Production sincerely apologizes for the lost formatting and any confusion that may have ensued.Additionally, the citation in the Figure 2 legend intended to direct readers to the synthesized peptides depicted in the figure was mistakenly attributed to Table 1. The citation has been corrected to Table S2. The authors apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Cancer-specific T helper shared and neo-epitopes uncovered by expression of the MHC class II master regulator CIITAHos et al.Cell ReportsOctober 11, 2022In BriefHos et al. show that expression of CIITA in tumor cells induces MHC class II presentation of relevant helper T cell antigens that can be identified by mass spectrometry. This method provides a platform to identify helper eptitopes and improve understanding of CD4 T cell immunity against cancer. Full-Text PDF Open Access
