A Comparative Study of Depression, Stress and Wellbeing between widowers/widows and normal control Males/ Females.

Email: royanasingh@bhu.ac.in Abstract The present study was taken up to determine to assess, compare and to find out the relationship the widowers/widows and normal control males/females. The sample of 30, 30 widowers/widows and 30, 30 normal males/ females. Therefore, the total numbers of participants are 120. ADS scale and PGI general well-being Questionnaire. ADS scale has been used to access the depression and stress. The data was analyzed using Mean, S.D., ttest. The result indicates that widower/widows scores higher than normal control males/females on depression, stress and wellbeing scales.
