Pelatihan Membuat Unit Pembelajaran Bahan Ajar Pada Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (Smk) Guna Dharma Nusantara

The purpose of this community service activity (PKM) is to provide knowledge and skills to the teachers of SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara Bandung in developing learning units. This service is motivated by the reference to the Minister of National Education Number 16 of 2007 regarding teacher competency standards. Through this policy, teachers must continuously improve their competence. SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara is a private vocational high school where most of the teachers are non-educational graduates, so these teachers need teacher competency development, especially the development of teaching materials. Based on this matter, one of the solutions to develop the competence of teachers is through the provision of knowledge as well as the development training. From the results of this service, most of the teachers were able to take part in the training and have been able to create their own learning units.
