A Method for Optimizing Reactive Power Compensation Configuration Scheme Based on New Energy Low Voltage Ride Through Safety Assessment

摘要
This paper introduces a safety and stability margin evaluation method based on new energy low pass period, which provides operators with an index to evaluate the off-grid distance of new energy. This method can be used to evaluate the voltage stability level effect of different reactive power compensation schemes on the sending end power grid, especially the area near the new energy plant. At the same time, the flow chart can be used to guide the selection of reactive power compensation configuration scheme and improve the safety and stability of the system by comparing the safety and stability margin level of the new energy machine under different reactive power compensation schemes.
