Simulation Research on Grinding Temperature Field of Grooved Grinding Wheel

Grinding burns have always been a pressing problem in the grinding process. The use of grooved grinding wheels is one of the solutions. This paper focuses on the study of temperature simulations. Firstly, simulations based on a triangular heat source model and a rectangular heat source model are compared and it is concluded that a triangular heat source is more in line with the actual grinding situation; then, a method for simulating a triangular intermittent heat source for a grooved grinding wheel is proposed; finally, the variable parameters of the grinding temperature of a grooved grinding wheel are investigated. Finally, the variable parameters of the grinding temperature of the grooved grinding wheel are investigated.
