Abstract
Background: Recent WHO reports show that breast cancer is the most frequent cancer among females, impacting 2.1 million women each year, and also causes the greatest number of cancer-related deaths among women. The upfront chemotherapy (UFCTH) aim is either downstage tumours allowing breast-conserving surgery or giving the best chance of radical surgical treatment, also chemotherapy gives the opportunity to observe the tumour shrinkage both clinically and radiologically , enabling a rapid assessment of clinical response to the chemotherapy.
