Summary of Cost Management Analysis of Power Grid Enterprises Based on Transmission and Distribution Price Reform

With the continuous advancement of power system reform, the profit model of power grid enterprises has changed greatly, and the power grid investment and cost will be strictly supervised. The investment must comply with the government planning and be approved by the government, otherwise it cannot be included in the effective assets and accrued income, and the exceeding standard cost cannot be included in the allowable cost. Under this supervision mode, power grid enterprises will face a new incentive mechanism, and the performance accumulation of power grid enterprises will come from effective investment, asset management and cost control, which puts forward higher requirements for their resource allocation ability. This paper analyzes the impact of power grid enterprises on cost management under the background of new power system reform, analyzes the practices of domestic and foreign research institutions and power grid enterprises in optimizing cost management, and looks forward to the direction of cost management of power grid enterprises in the future.
