摘要

•A new inactivated vaccine was produced, using a Namibian field strain of RVFV.•The vaccine was formulated with Montanide Pet Gel A, a polymer-based adjuvant.•Vaccine safety and immunogenicity were tested on sheep.•Vaccinated animals did not show any adverse reaction and developed anti-RVFV IgG.
