摘要

•Overall, Recurrence Scores (RS) were similar in male and female patients.•RS testing in male breast cancer (MBC) favoured RS > 30 (P < 0.001).•Female patients were more likely to have RS < 18 (P < 0.001).•At meta-analysis, there was no difference in RS among female and MBC patients.•In the absence of matching, cautious interpretation of RS in MBC is required.
