摘要

Accumulating evidence shows associations between the nervous system and peripheral inflammation in suicide. Using whole genome transcriptional analysis via weighted gene co-expression network analysis, we investigate the associations between coordinated gene expression clusters and suicidal ideation cross-sectionally.
