"包椒1号"是包头市农牧业科学研究院用自选系1717作母本、自选系1121作父本进行杂交选育的加工型辣椒新品种.该品种果实色泽鲜艳,辣味适中带香,品质优良,平均单果质量7.85 g,辣椒红素含量180.89μg·g-1,含水量860 mg.(100g)-1,易干燥,适宜加工.2020年6月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,适宜内蒙古地区露地栽培.
