Abstract

以青海省引进的28个樱桃资源品种为试材,采用室内离体叶片接种和田间活体叶片接种的方法,研究了叶斑病菌对28个引进资源品种的影响,以期筛选出抗病能力较强的品种,为青海省抗叶斑病品种的选育提供参考依据.结果表明:运用瓦尔德法和欧式距离进行聚类分析,室内离体叶片接种结果和田间活体叶片接种结果高度吻合.28个樱桃品种中抗性较强的品种为'Early Robin''Lambert'和'Moreau';抗病能力较差的品种为'Rainier''Tieton''Sunburst'和'Hongdeng'.
