摘要
•Alkan-1-ol + benzylamine mixtures are studied at temperature (293.15 to 303.15) K.•Density, speed of sound, relative permittivity and refractive index are reported.•Excess molar volumes indicate predominance of solvation and structural effects.•Excess permittivities and the Kirkwood-Fröhlich model support this assertion.•The contribution of solvation to the excess permittivity is positive.
