摘要

•Luminescence of ODC(II) in SiO2-glasses under synchrotron excitation in the range 6–12 eV is studied.•The intensity of the singlet band increases with an increase of the cristobalite content in the raw material.•Changes in the ratio of the singlet and triplet luminescence are associated with a difference in the short-range order.
