摘要

•This is the first report on a series of BiOxBry/BiOmIn/GO heterojunctions.•The obtained Bi4O5Br2/BiOI/GO displays excellent photocatalytic activity and reusability.•The photocatalytic mechanism of BiOxBry/BiOmIn/GO are investigated and discussed.•The reactive •O2− and •OH play the major roles in the CV degradation.
