Abstract
This contribution aims at providing an overview about the various passive radar systems of Fraunhofer FKIE using illuminators from different mobile communication standards. We investigate the use cases for mobile communication based PCL, analyze the critical parameters, and show the feasibility to detect and track targets by giving results of experimental measurement campaigns.
