摘要

Aspects analyzed in biotech IPOs. There was a growing trend in the number of biotech IPOs until 2021, which was followed by a downturn-associated decrease in IPOs in late-2021 and 2022. In this study, we investigated the 60 biotech IPOs that occurred in the first half of 2021 prior to the downturn, and analyzed various aspects that allowed them to enter the public market.
