摘要
ENNH2 displayed red emission due to the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect of 1,9-dicarboxyimide anthracene fluorophores, while this effect can be rapidly inhibited via the deamination process caused by nitric oxide (NO) and lead to the significant fluorescence change (from dark red to bright green). ENNH2 has been successfully applied in NO imaging in living cells and zebrafishes.
