Clinical efficacy of blastocyst culture supernatant transfer in hormone replacement freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycles: A prospective double-blind randomized controlled study

•Intrauterine injection of blastocyst culture supernatant for noninvasive endometrial stimulation before the blastocyst transfer would be a feasible transplantation strategy.•Blastocyst culture supernatant transfer in hormone replacement FET cycles could improve the pregnancy outcomes.•However, statistically significant differences were not observed and more studies are needed to confirm the conclusion.
