Change in Neurocognitive Performance Among Patients with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in the First Year after Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell Therapy

•This study examined changes in neurocognition in the first year after chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy.•Transient declines were observed in overall cognition and executive function.•Slight linear declines in visuospatial abilities over time were observed.•Neurotoxicity and prior lines of therapy were associated with worse overall cognition.•These findings may be used to educate future patients.
