Simultaneous determination of fungicides and carbamates in tobacco by ultra performance convergence chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry coupled with modified QuEChERS

•We developed a modified QuEChERS coupled SFC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of fungicide and carbamate pesticides in tobacco.•Graphene was applied to DSPE for the determination of fungicide and carbamate pesticides in tobacco.•This method possessed the advantages of short separation time and low consumption of organic solvents.•The proposed method is a fast, simple and green method.
