Abstract
•The temperature sensitivity of the sensor is −260 pm/℃, which is higher than that of the liquid sealed sensor.•The packaging material with large thermal expansion coefficient is used to improve the thermal expansion coefficient of NCF and improve the sensitivity of the sensor.•The solid packaging structure improves the mechanical strength of the sensor.
