摘要

•Distributed Bragg reflector laser based on equivalent phase shift is proposed.•The controllable phase shift helps to enhance the PPR effect and avoid instability.•40 GHz modulation bandwidth and 7 nm tuning range is obtained.•The PPR effect is valid within a certain wavelength tuning range.
