摘要

•Zn0.3Ni0.7Fe2O4/ZnO-rGO composite heterojunction device has been fabricated.•Generation of Photocurrent has been observed under 660 nm red light illumination on ZnO-rGO composite surface.•Strong Electrical hysteresis and its light induced enhancement have been monitored.•Magneto-tunability of photocurrent is observed at both polarities of bias.
