摘要
•Relatively dense TiC/Inconel 625 nanocomposite coatings were manufactured by EHLA.•The TiC/Inconel 625 nanocomposite coatings exhibited refinement microstructure with high density of dislocation structures.•The microstructural evolution of TiC/Inconel 625 nanocomposite coatings by CLA and EHLA was comparatively investigated.•The corrosion resistance and mechanism of TiC/Inconel 625 nanocomposite coatings were studied.
