摘要
•We confirm that the MLL with the asymmetric waveguide has realized ultra-fast operation characteristics.•We have proved the fitted spectral peaks are closer to the soliton state at different temperature.•We have also found that the temperature has a relatively weak effect on the spectrum, while the effect on the RF spectrum is relatively strong, and have found that the thermal of the saturated absorption region may have an important influence on the output tunable characteristics of the MLL.
