Abstract

•Granular cell tumors are rare, typically benign tumors that can occur in the breast.•These tumors have similar radiologic and clinical findings to other lesions.•Transgender individuals have an altered risk profile for breast cancer.•This is the first reported case of a breast granular cell tumor in a trans man.•The role of sex hormones in these tumors is not well understood.
