摘要
•14-3-3ζ and Importin α4 were identified as insoluble nuclear protein up-regulated by dysfunction of hepatic autophagy.•14-3-3ζ and Importin α4 were also detectable in serum from autophagy-deficient or dysfunction model mice.•Autophagic dysfunction causes translocation of 14-3-3ζ and Importin α4 into nucleus.•Accumulation of 14-3-3ζ as nuclear insoluble protein is suggested to be associated with mTOR signaling.•Accumulation of importin α4 as nuclear insoluble protein is suggested to be related with oxidative stress and ER stress.
