摘要

•SNRs of the liver MR images obtained with the AIR coil were significantly higher than those obtained with the conventional coil.•Subjective image noise on DW and pre-and post-contrast T1-weighted images obtained with the AIR coil was lower than on those obtained with the conventional coil.•Overall image quality on DW and pre-and post-contrast T1-weighted images for the AIR coil was better than that for the conventional coil according to at least one reader.
