Self-paced learning for instantaneous frequencies estimation in heavy noise environments

摘要
•A simple method for overlapped instantaneous frequencies estimation of multi-component non-stationary signals is proposed.•Self paced learning is introduced to estimation of instantaneous frequencies.•The proposed method obtains a satisfied IFs estimation performance in low SNR environment.•The proposed method outperforms the state of art in terms of accuracy and robustness of the instantaneous frequencies estimation.
