摘要

•Daridorexant did not impact AHI and SpO2 in patients with mild/moderate OSA.•A comprehensive evaluation was performed of different indices of OSA severity.•The results of the study suggest that daridorexant is safe in this population.•Daridorexant also improves sleep in patients with mild/moderate OSA.
