Abstract
A simple liquid phase self-assembly method was successfully developed to prepare 0D/2D nanocomposites based on ZnO QDs/g-C 3 N 4 nanosheets. The structural characteristics and intrinsic activity of the ZnO QDs/g-C 3 N 4 nanocomposites were studied in detail. The photocatalytic activity under visible light was investigated by degrading tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH). The electron–hole pair separation efficiency and charge transport of photogenerated carriers were efficiently enhanced by the 0D/2D heterojunctions constructed, leading to the improved reaction activities.
