摘要

•Six weeks of intermittent hypoxia (IH) exposure induced systemic inflammation in mice.•IH significantly altered the gut microbiota, and several bacterial co-abundance groups were identified corelated with IH.•The changed microbiota inferred metabolic dysfunction especially in bile acid and fatty acid metabolism.
