Gemini Dr.Flagstaff, AZ 86001 This report summarizes the software and algorithms that are used to calibrate images returned by the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) camera onboard the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) spacecraft. The instrument design and data processing methods are summarized below, followed by a description of relevant calibration data and details of the calibration procedure. In this document, we describe the software that uses those coefficients and matrices to radiometrically calibrate HiRISE data. This software is included in version 3 of the Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers (ISIS3), which is developed and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey Astrogeology Science Center in Flagstaff, Ariz., for the international planetary science community via funding from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. ISIS3 is freely available to the scientific community and can be obtained at http://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/index.html. Support for ISIS3 is provided at https://github.com/USGS-Astrogeology/ISIS3.
