DORIS Alcatel ground antenna: Evaluation of the phase center variation models

•A DORIS ground antenna Alcatel PSV model selection has 15 mm height impact.•The recent IDS model performs better than the old one in the term of post-fit observation residuals.•The Alcatel stations post-fit residuals are higher in low elevations but lower in high elevations, when compared to the Starec stations post-fit residuals.
