Abstract
•The Baoshan is a typical Cu–Mo–Pb–Zn deposit related to granodiorite porphyry.•Cu, Mo, and Pb–Zn ores have low, high, and moderate δ34S values, respectively.•Cu–Mo and Pb–Zn mineralization formed from the same hydrothermal system.•Basement plays a substantial role for the Baoshan Cu–Mo–Pb–Zn mineralization.
