Abstract
CAR-T cell therapy utilizes a synthetic chimeric antigen receptor on T-cells to target CD19+ B-cell lineage neoplasms. A critical arm of post CAR-T cell therapy is monitoring for immune reconstitution. We hypothesized that laboratory and clinical immunologic evaluation are underutilized after CAR-T cell therapy.
